At Rustic Furniture Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted pieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your home, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large freight items, we will coordinate with our specialized carriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
