Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How do I care for my rustic wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your piece, we recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or silicone-based polishes, and use coasters to prevent water rings on the natural wood surface.
What is your return policy for large items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to arrange a pickup. Note that return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may apply for large freight items.
Is assembly required for your products?
Many of our larger items, such as dining tables and bed frames, require minor assembly. We provide all necessary hardware and easy-to-follow instructions with every shipment.
Can I customize the finish or dimensions of a piece?
